Dear Robert,
I returned late Sunday night from out of the country and catching up here.
I apologize for the situation, I understand it must be unpleasant and unfortunately we are at the mercy of USPS at the moment before we can settle and conclude this case.
A few weeks ago I spoke with Richard regarding the status of your silver. He explained to me the situation, that there is an active case with USPS – a case worked working on the claim. No, SeekBullion.com nor Richard has never scammed anybody, over $10 million in sales through SeekBullion.com and this is the first incident with USPS. I was told that a representative was going to contact you with a status as well.
We have not forgotten about this issue, once all avenues have been exhausted, then we can proceed with an insurance claim with USPS and a new box can be sent. As of several days ago, USPS was continuing to work through the process and appears we are at their mercy until they close the investigation.
Again, this is the first and we are working within the framework of USPS before an insurance claim can be made. I assure you that this is not a scam and that at the end of the day, you will receive your silver. Not only is Richard from Suisse Gold guaranteeing this, you have Seekbullion and GoldSeek.com ensuring you are not being taken advantage of.
Perhaps Richard, can you provide me (us) with an update?
Thank you,
Peter Spina
